Adekola Adelaja (Project Development Director)

With a background in management, from the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), Adekola ADELAJA has over 10 years work experience across various industries such as Telecommunications, Real Estate, Information Technology and Management Consulting, during which he has gained proficiency in Project Management, Business Analysis and Management Consulting.

Currently applying his wealth of knowledge and experience in his role as Project Development Director at Rianol Energy; he is responsible for the Project costing for setting up the Company’s Ethanol Micro Distillery (EMD), Handling Negotiations, Contract Management and Interfacing with various vendors on behalf of the company, as well as Supervising the Implementation of the Master Plan for the EMD Project.

Through his commitment to this role, he has helped the company to boost its success rate, improved cost savings on various deals, and instrumental to avoiding a lot of pitfalls.

He is an avid reader who holds a philosophy of continuous self-improvement and thus passionate about imparting his knowledge through business advisory sessions to various startups and Not-for-profit organizations
